🔹 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for **ITSM Data Engineer (DevOps)** 🔹
**LOCATION:** Preferred working location is **Gdansk**, however **Warsaw** is allowed as well.
**WAYS OF WORKING:** At least 3 days a week working from the office GDA/WAW and at least once a month to meet in Gdansk to attend team workshops for 2-3 days.
Note, it can be a subject of a change at any point of time towards working more from the office.
**THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS:**
- on-site test in Gdańsk or Warsaw (60 mins)
- on-line meeting (30 mins)
**✔️Detailed description of work task to be carried out:**
* Designing and building a stable, scalable, near real-time and reliable BMC Helix data replication solution
* Build, design and maintain data architecture ensuring complete collection and quality of data while adhering to best data practices
* Design, build, test and maintain data pipelines.
* Troubleshooting and innovating
* Working within SAFe Scrum Team with the aligned autonomy
* Acting as a subject matter expert and make recommendations to IT and business stakeholders
* Development & Performance, Goals and Follow-up to plan your individual competence and skills development with your manager and feedback from colleagues and your stakeholders
**✔️Must-have knowledge and experience:**
* Proven work experience with minimum 3
- years in similar role
* IT Service Management data integrations experienced (BMC Helix preferred)
* Data Warehousing, data storage, data security, code version controlling and ETL (SSIS, Snowflake)
* Professional experience in SQL (T-SQL preferred), Python and Apache Airflow
* Proficiency in CI/CD (Bamboo/Jenkins)
* Experience in working with data of MS SQL Server, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Dataverse etc.
* Lean-Agile trained or certified (Scrum or SAFe)
* Master degree at least in Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or similar
* Fluency in English (C1 level at least)
**✔️Nice-to-have knowledge and experience:**
* ITIL Foundation certified or proven work experience in IT Service Management
