Job description:
Our customer intends to engage a consultant to perform a full export of information and version history from Polopoly CMS as follows: * Analysis of how the information and version history is stored in Polopoly CMS, version 10.4.1-fp15 and the identification of an effective method and format to extract the information, where the result is to be stored in an appropriate format for the business; readable, date marked and where it is ensured that the information is kept in a structured and accessible manner, suitable for long-term preservation. * All versions of the Polopoly CMS version 10.4.1-fp15 shall be extracted and the export shall contain information on which node each version originally belonged. * Prior to the execution of exports, reconciliation and review shall be carried out together with the customer on analysis and methodology, including the handover of the documentation of the work process, with any technical considerations and similar. * Implementation of exports and ensuring that extracted data is complete and accurate and can be interpreted and used by the customer. Transfer of clear and structured documentation of the export result. * Competence transfer of the result in the form of, for example, review of relevant hand grips, working methods, instructions and similar in order to ensure the use of the result. * ** **Option – Pre-study and solution description for exports from earlier instances of Polopoly** In addition to the above version of Polopoly, there is also an older instance in which a solution description is needed to be used as an input to a similar implementation as indicated in the order description above. The customer assesses the work with this solution description to a maximum of 50 hours. * ** **Requirements**: * For several years have been working on system development in, for example, Java, Spring and Linux or equivalent and have the conditions to carry out the assignment in accordance with the call-off request. * Have great expertise in and experience of working with Polopoly CMS, its system architecture, API and database structure. * Be analytical, independent and driven, have the habit of producing high quality documentation and in proactive dialogue with CSN participants being able to work structured based on the mission’s framework and requirements for results I can write and speak fluent Swedish. **OBS – The above should be strengthened with 2 reference assignments with organization, email and phone. ** * ** **Requirements** Working to extract and manage data from Polopoly CMS.
