We bridge clients and partners & professionals throughout the talent supply chain, for the benefit of individuals, organizations and society. 🔹 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for **L3 Application Support Engineer** 🔹 The Data and Reporting area is planning to provide business-critical services across the payment area and, as part of this, is requesting support to strengthen Level 3 Application support with an on-call service to ensure the resolution of critical incidents and improvement of services. A 24/7 service is requested to supplement the existing team of developers, extending the team’s ability to manage issues occurring outside normal working hours. **✔️Key services needed:** * Access to developers, that can support the existing team by being on-call outside normal business hours, to resolve eventual incidents, where it is required to initiate resolution work within one hour. * Function as a single point of contact for Nordea Level 2 support, to contact if an incident can't be resolved by L2 * Basic reporting on how services is being conducted * When an incident occur: * Basic resolution effort together with company Level 2 * Bug Discovery * Code resolution * If needed involvement of Nordea developers to support * Promoting for test efforts * Managing dialogue with company application management and quality teams * A partner that would identify and suggest improvements **✔️The competencies that is being requested:** * Experienced java developer * Experienced in Kubernetes * Experienced in Kafka * Experience in Rest APIs * Experience in IntelliJ and bitbucket * Knowledge abouts Rocks DB * Knowledge about the CCM application/API’s and ADS application/API’s **✔️ We offer:** * B2B agreement * Transparent working conditions with both Ework and the client * Current support during our cooperation * Possibility to work in an international environment * Collaborative environment in Swedish organizational culture * Private medical care * Life insurance * Multisport * Teambuilding events Contact person: monika.kostecka@eworkgroup.com Client code: BN01 Do you know someone who would fit this position?
