We’re looking for a Lead AI Fullstack Engineer to help our client drive improvements in GenAI products for stakeholders across the organisation. You’ll be a part of the AI and Analytics Centre of Excellence within Digital, Data & IT, where they focus on creating high value, innovative data products.

You will be anchored in a product team for the development of a new AI Marketplace product. The AI Lab brings useful and trustworthy AI innovation to the rest of company.
**✔️Position Overview:**
We are seeking a Fullstack Engineer who is passionate about developing high-quality Generative AI solutions and motivated to make a significant impact on users and, ultimately, on patients. The team creates AI-driven applications that serve thousands of scientists, data scientists, ML engineers, and business users. Emphasizing strong engineering principles, the ambition is to deliver top-tier AI solutions, leveraging a modern and integrated development process. While the role primarily focuses on backend development, it also involves occasional frontend tasks.
The tech stack includes Python for the backend, with Typescript and React for the frontend. Frameworks such as FastAPI, OpenAI, and Langchain are utilized, with Streamlit employed for rapid prototyping when needed. Deployment is managed using GitHub Actions as the CI/CD pipeline to both Azure and AWS. Various vector databases, such as PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch, are used depending on the application's needs. Monitoring is conducted using solutions provided by Azure and AWS, visualized through Grafana. As an AI Lab-focused team, constant evaluation of new solutions, languages, and frameworks is undertaken to best address the challenges at hand.
**✔️Key Responsibilities:**
* Build and develop testable business logic for our applications and POCs.
* Languages used: Python and Typescript.
* Unit and integration tests using pytest, Jest & Vitest.
* Build integrations to other systems and databases.
* Ability to understand complex business domains and design features that solve complex problems in a simple and coherent way.
* Assisting users with issues, troubleshoot complex interface related errors.
* Work closely with stakeholders and line of business to understand user requirements and system functionality.
* Update technical documents, attend team meetings, and actively participate in ideation of innovative solutions.
**✔️Qualifications:**
**Education and Experience:**
* Master’s degree in relevant subject with 7
- years of experience.
* Proficiency in Python development.
* Proficiency in Typescript development.
* Comfortable querying SQL databases.
* Experience of taking an application from idea to production.
**Software Engineering Skills:**
* Professional collaborative software engineering experience with Git, peer reviews.
* Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitHub Actions.
* Experience with containerizing software using Docker.
* Understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
* Takes responsibility for all aspects of an application\\'s lifecycle.
**Cloud Platforms:**
* Proficiency in cloud platforms Azure and/or AWS.
**Soft Skills:**
* Highly self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
* Passion for writing good, testable, and well-documented code.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
**Additional Qualifications:**
* Data integration knowledge is a plus.
* User research or UX experience is a plus.

The position is based in Poland and will be working remotely in a global environment. We also expect 2 weeks long onboarding in Copenhagen and travel to Copenhagen twice a year
- 2-3 times per year for 1-2 days to Warsaw or Poland as an offsite. First day at work is also in Warsaw office (we are providing laptop and phone).

The AI and Analytics Center of Excellence is a team of data scientists, analysts, machine learning engineers, and developers, partnering across the organization to deliver impactful end-to-end data products, analytics, and ML solutions spanning from Research to Commercial and Production. The goal is to industrialize and democratize AI, reducing the lead time from PoC to Production with scalable data platforms, MLOps, reference architectures, and modularized components that span the entire data and ML lifecycle. The team is cloud-native, primarily using AWS and Azure, working agile, embracing continuous learning, and fostering a culture of feedback and honesty, all while ensuring a fun work environment.
This group is part of the larger area of BI, Data Management, and Analytics, collaborating closely with data lake, data marketplace, and data science platforms. The cross-functional power allows for the rapid design and implementation of scalable solutions, as well as efficient operations management. The team is multinational and diverse, with members in four different locations: the USA, India, Poland, and Denmark, organized into scrum teams committed to agile values.
