What You’ll Do:
* Lead Development Efforts: Architect, develop, and deploy cutting-edge fullstack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.
* Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and QA to deliver technology solutions aligned with business goals.
* Mentor and Inspire: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure top-notch quality across the team.
* Optimize Processes: Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment workflows.
* Deliver Results: Ensure timely completion of projects while meeting technical and business objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
* Extensive Experience: 8
- years in software development with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Kotlin, and React.
* Fullstack Proficiency: Skilled in both frontend (React, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) and backend (microservices, REST APIs).
* Cloud & DevOps Expertise: Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
* Network Savvy: Familiarity with load balancing, DNS, and network security best practices.
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, mentor developers, and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.
* Analytical & Innovative: A problem-solver with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
* Excellent Communicator: Fluent in English, capable of bridging technical and non-technical audiences.
Extra Points For:
* Experience in the financial sector.
* Knowledge of ReScript or functional programming.
* Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes (K8s), Apigee, API design, and Postgres.
