🔹 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for **Lead Test Automation Engineer** 🔹
**Location: Hybrid from Gdańsk, Gdynia, Warsaw or Lódź**
**✔️Responsibilities:**
* Provide leadership, training and mentoring to implement test automation
* Design, refine and implement test automation approach including roadmap, tools, framework & approach.
* Support the functional SME define the approach to quality
* Implement, maintain and improve test automation frameworks
* Actively work with development and infrastructure teams for integrating test automation as an integral part of Continuous delivery pipeline
* Collaborate across workstreams, the programme and organisation as part of the test automation and QA Communities
* Carry out automation feasibility studies
* Pro-actively seek to make continuous improvements to test coverage, execution and automation
* Understand test data dependencies for a given context
* Working with international, cross-country environment
**✔️Description of knowledge and experience:**
* Strong experience ( 5 yrs) in test automation (&/or UI and WebServices (REST, SOAP))
* Experience with LeanFT .NET, or similar tool
* Strong experience with .NET or Java ( 5 yrs)
* Experience with SQL
* Experience with Continuous Integration
* Experience with GIT, or similar tool
* Experience with JIRA, HP ALM
* Ideally experience in Banking and Temenos T24
* Leadership skills
* Self-driving
* Good communication skills
* Problem solving skills
* Mentoring / coaching skills
* Fluent in English
