#### Task
For our customers we are looking for a team leader for the support of the service desk, applications and system technology. In this function you are responsible for operational safety. In addition, as project manager, you can run customers or ICT projects yourself. The support team is responsible for the following tasks:
* Client support (1st and 2nd level)
* Client Lifecycle
* ICT Services / Customer Services
* ICT projects and solutions for customers
* Training
* Service Owner for specific applications
* Contact care for partners and suppliers
#### Requirements
* basic technical training with further training in IT operation / support
* at least 3 years of experience in ICT support of medium environments with very good knowledge and experience area client HW / client operating systems (including Windows, Citrix) and client applications, software management, network, enduser printing, mobile computing, database systems (especially MS-SQL), ICT security
* Good knowledge of cloud solutions (Azure / Office 365)
* good knowledge of ICT service management according to ITIL V3/V4
* encrypted PC users (Office, Atlassian Apps, mail, databases, admin tools)
* Basic business knowledge (correspondence, purchasing, accounting, project management)
* good German
