We are looking for a system developer level 4! **Description** The Customs Agency needs an experienced system developer. The consultant will work with other resources in an agile delivery team responsible for the development and management of IT support in the collection activities of the Customs Agency. The work will mean both frontends. and backend development. General Role Description System Developer Customs Relates mainly to the development of applications and components (application development) in development or management activities. This is mainly done in teams and in close cooperation with solution architects, requirements/test leaders and business experts. Application development may be directed towards user-related development, interface development (frontend) or more server-near development (backend). The system developer can also work with the development of integrations between different applications or components, as well as development of decision support solutions. The system developer can also develop new mobile applications or solutions within the AI area. Within these different development areas, the system developer will also work with database administration, data modeling, data storage architecture. - and design of application solutions. This involves participating in joint planning and estimation of solutions. Application development is carried out in the technical environment selected by the Customs Agency. **Now 4** _Knowledge_ – High generalist competence, or very high competence in the field _Experience_ – has participated in large and complex assignments in the current area and completed Mission with very high quality. The level is usually achieved at the earliest after 8 years as a consultant within the current area. _Ledning_ – takes responsibility for the management of larger groups Durability – very big **Ska-requirements** – Clarify in attached skills matrix. NOTE: This shall be attached together with CV for the application to be considered complete * The consultant shall comply with requirements for the role of system developers as set out in Level 4 (see above) At least 5 years of experience in java development At least 2 years of experience in angular version 12 or higher * The consultant shall be able to be in place in the Customs office premises in Luleå at least 2 days per week **Processing requirements** Clarify in the attached competence matrix. NOTE: This shall be attached together with CV for the application to be considered complete Java Enterprise Edition (JavaEE) Experience in system development with the SBE method (specific and not equivalent) Experience with GIT Experience with JMS/MQ queues **OBS!** The consultant will need to be classified under the assignment and the assignment cannot be started before the safety rating is completed. **Submission refers to the period:** The contract start is 2024-04-22 and runs until 2025-04-30. _Option:_ Ability to 1 extension in 12 months. The extension of the supply contract is done automatically unless the Customs Agency in writing no later than one (1) month before the respective contractual period ceases to announce that it does not wish to extend the contract. _Saying:_ Both parties have the right to terminate The supply contract with one (1) month notice period, the termination shall be in writing. **Place:** The consultant shall be able to be in place at the Customs office premises in Luleå at least 2 days a week. However, some weeks may require more presence than that in the office. The consultant must be able to manage the flexibility in consultation with the client. No compensation is paid for travel.
