Job description:
About the Role**
We are looking for a Solution Architect / Microsoft 365 strategist responsible for designing strategy and roadmap for a modern, secure and controlled M365 environment. The assignment includes analysis, target image, principles, governance frameworks and priority plan. The work takes place close to operations, IT security and platform owners and can be performed full-time or part-time.
**This will you do**
Lead the development of target architecture and design principles for Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Viva, Power Platform, Intune/Endpoint).
Conduct current analysis of platform and identity (Entra ID), integration
- and data flows, information classification, dependencies and risks.
Define the governance framework: roles, processes, controls, naming, life cycles, data classification/ownership and follow-up.
Perform safety
- and compliance gap analysis against GDPR, NIS2 and relevant standards; develop recommendations for Microsoft Purview, Defender and improved Secure Score.
- Develop strategy and roadmap with clear priorities (fast tracks vs. long-term), metrics/KPIs, decision points, dependencies and risk management plan.
Skis adoption strategy at overall level: target groups, obstacles, education
- and communication principles, impact goals and key figures.
Establish governing artifacts: decision log, RACI/responsibility matrix, control library and principle catalogue.
- Package decision support to the steering group/architecture council (scenarios, consequences, diet/benefit, risks).
**Your profile**
- Documented experience in designing M365 target images, strategies and roadmaps in larger organizations.
Deep expertise in governance, information security and compliance in the M365 ecosystem.
Understanding Purview, Entra ID, Defender and Secure Score – with a focus on recommendations and governance, not hands-on operation.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and turn business requirements into governing principles and priority plan.
Strong written package (strategy documents, principles, policy framework, roadmap).
Swedish fluid and English on a professional level.
**Meritation**
Certifications: SC-100/SC-300/SC-400, MS-102, AZ-305, PL-200/PL-400.
Experience in Power Platform management, Intune/Endpoint, Viva and the public sector/regular environments.
Knowledge of methods/frames: ISO 27001, ITIL, SAFe/Agilt, Prosci/ADKAR.

Deliver a proposed target image for M365 including design principles and architecture decisions.
Present the governance-blueprint (rolls, processes, controls) and proposed compliance measures.
- conduct security/compliance gap analysis with recommended actions and target level for Secure Score.
- present a priority roadmap (quarterly) with effect goals, KPIs and clear decision points.

Duration**: 6 months initially; possibility of extension up to 24 months
