We are currently looking for a data engineer for a customer in the energy industry (m / w / d).

Aim: to build stable, automated data pipelines for analytics
- and AIs applications.

Start: April 2026
Capacity: 50% (2-3 days / week)
Duration: 3-6 months (April-August)
Location: Most of the time remote, if any, local dates in Düsseldorf
Language: German

- Construction and automation of batch data pipelines
- connection of different source systems
- Transformation and processing of data
- monitoring, logging, error treatment
- Data quality checks
- Documentation and training of internal employees

Databicks, SQL, Apache Spark, Python, Basic knowledge of Power BI

The position supports the Sales Data Center in building up a modern, stable and standardised data
- and analysis landscape based on databases and SAPs. The aim is a production-ready control operation with clear standards, documentation and knowledge transfer.
