Network Operations Team Leader

Introduction and Summary We are seeking a team leader for our network operations department to manage personnel and promote development opportunities. The role focuses on rapid problem identification and solution, as well as escalation management for severe incidents, handling approximately 150 tickets per month, mainly for bank customers. Main Goals * Lead the network operations unit at all locations * Monitor rapid problem identification and solution * Participate in escalation management during significant disruptions * Manage incident processing and ensure performance quality * Create documentation, statistics, resource plans, and reports * Contribute to annual planning and forecasting Requirements * Completed technical studies or equivalent knowledge through professional experience * Expertise in complex network infrastructure development and operation * Experience leading and developing teams * Strong understanding of ITIL process landscape * Proactive customer orientation * Good English and German language skills * Flexibility, mobility, and willingness to be on-call 24/7
