* Avoid errors
* Optimize processes
* Coaching of team leaders

**Requirements:**
Must have:
* 3-5 years of experience in sequencing
* Planning
- and process experience in automotive logistics
* very good know-how in process improvement
* very good knowledge of German in word and writing
