**About Cityfurnish:**
Cityfurnish, a leader in furniture and appliance rental, is looking for an experienced **Performance Marketing Head** to spearhead our paid marketing efforts across mobile and web platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising channels, mobile and web ad strategies, and the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum performance. This role will be instrumental in driving traffic, leads, and conversions to fuel Cityfurnish’s continued growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Paid Campaign Strategy:** Develop and execute a comprehensive paid marketing strategy across channels (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- **Campaign Management:** Manage the day-to-day operations of performance marketing campaigns, including ad creation, audience targeting, budget allocation, and bid optimization.
- **Data-Driven Optimization:** Use data and analytics to optimize campaigns for maximum performance, ensuring cost efficiency and high ROI.
- **Conversion Tracking & Analytics:** Set up and maintain conversion tracking using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel. Track performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
- **A/B Testing:** Design and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting to continually improve campaign performance.
- **Budget Management:** Allocate and manage performance marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are used efficiently to achieve growth targets.
- **Audience Targeting:** Continuously refine audience targeting and segmentation to ensure the right message reaches the right audience, improving lead quality and conversion rates.
- **Cross-Channel Coordination:** Work closely with other marketing teams (content, SEO, email) to ensure cohesive cross-channel strategies that drive traffic and conversions.
- **Reporting & Insights:** Create detailed performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- **Stay Updated:** Keep up with the latest trends, updates, and changes in paid marketing platforms and tools to maintain an edge in digital marketing strategies.
**Skills & Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** 4
- years of experience in performance marketing, managing paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and others.
- **Technical Skills:** Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and other performance marketing tools.
- **Data-Driven Approach:** Proficiency in analyzing campaign data and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and achieve business goals.
- **A/B Testing Expertise:** Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies to refine ads, landing pages, and audience segments.
- **Budget Management:** Proven ability to effectively manage and allocate budgets across channels for maximum return on investment.
- **Creative Optimization:** Understanding of how ad copy, creatives, and landing pages influence campaign performance, with experience in optimizing these elements for better results.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and present performance insights to stakeholders.
- **Agility:** Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the digital marketing landscape and experiment with new channels and strategies to achieve business objectives.
