The Developer Experience team supports a diverse range of technologies and programming languages, requiring candidates with a strong engineering foundation and comprehensive full-stack capabilities. The team plays a pivotal role in driving modern development practices across the organisation, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on its ongoing transformation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting GitHub migrations for internal clients transitioning from Azure DevOps, GitLab, Gerrit, and other software development platforms,
* Providing support and maintenance for the central GitHub platform and the Developer Portal, based on Backstage,
* Building a standardised, compliant CI/CD pipeline deployed on a Kubernetes platform, supporting multiple programming languages.
Skill requirements:
* Experience in building developer platforms in an enterprise using GitHub suite,
* Extensive experience with React, Python, Bicep Infrastructure as a code,
* Experience working with Azure and Azure technologies with modern DevSecOps practices,
* Experience with containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes,
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitHub Actions,
* Common understanding of multiple domains within IT such as Security, Networking and Identities.
Experience:
* High generalist competence or very high competence in the current role,
* Complex tasks within current role and implements,

* Primary responsibility for management of a larger group,
