**For our client, one of the Global Pharmaceutical Company we realize a recruitment process for Platform Engineer role.**
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Platform engineering: Implement software engineering platform capabilities through planning, architecture, designing, coding, testing.
* Curate software engineering platform capabilities: Co-create software engineering capabilities in collaboration with stream aligned engineering teams.
* Improve operational stability: Collaborate with Site Reliability Engineers to achieve appropriate operational stability and reliability of the software engineering platform.
* Collaborate on manage software engineering platform Events, Problems and Incidents: Level 3 response to software engineering platform events, problems and incidents.
**An ideal candidate profile:**
* Higher education level – IT or similar are preferred
* Min. 5 years of experience as IT Engineer in the similar roles
* Strong Working Expertise in Kubernetes or similar container orchestration technologies · Strong Working Experience with AWS Cloud and/or Azure Cloud, especially around networking and PaaS offerings
* Strong Working Experience with Crossplane and ArgoCD
* Good to have Experience in Golang, Python, KCL or similar languages
* Working Experience with OpenTelemetry, Istio, Dapr, GitHub Actions
* Strong Working Experience from large complex back-end systems meaning: Complex back-end system integration/processes; High Performance/Low latency; Large data-sizes; Distributed architectures
* In depth understanding and experience with software architecture and cloud architecture implementation
* Working Experience with Security Engineering and Response
* Working Experience with creating API’s.
* Accustomed to working with Agile/SCRUM methodology
* Fluency in English spoken and written – working in the international/global environment on daily basis
