Product manager

Job description:

We're looking for a Product manager for a client in the language learning sector.
As a PM in this project, you will create and deliver an amazing learning experience for the clients learners, guided by a user-centred design based on clear KPI’s and data. You will facilitate collaboration within cross-functional teams in an agile environment, ensuring they are building experiences that solve important learner problems in creative, scalable and measurable ways.
Main deliverable: a first working version of the feature by the end of the year, rolled out in Beta mode to a select group of users / B2B customers
Responsibilities:

\-Principles & Processes
\-Meeting cadences
\-Stakeholder management
\-Communication, documentation, priority setting, decision making
\-Setting timeline, roadmap deliveries
Tasks include:
\-Leading a cross-functional agile team working on the high growth Live product, driving engagement and product-led growth to achieve strategic ambitions.
\-Prioritising opportunities and managing the end-to-end product development process within cross-functional teams
\-Setting strategic direction by sharing learner and data-inspired insights, to inform product strategy and vision
\-Developing strong partnerships with key product functions and relevant parts of the business
\-Build data-inspired hypotheses and after measuring, monitoring and analysing metrics to optimise existing features and to learn from minimum viable features
Requirements:
\-5
- years of experience working as a PM
\-You can influence and partner effectively across all levels of an organisations
\-You are experience working with agile cross-functional development teams, experience with conitnous discovery and delivery techniques is a strong plus
\-You are a compelling storyteller who can communicate well to various audiences
\-You have experience delivering marketplace software solutions
\-Deliveries initiatives against engagement KPI’s
\-Experience with product-led growth is a plus
