Product Manager

* Lead product vision: Ensure consistency between company objectives and user expectations to create an optimal user experience.
* Build and pilot product roadmap: Prioritize initiatives and plan development in phase with business priorities, taking into account user feedback.
* Define and refine features: Identify and collect user needs, analyze them to extract high-impact features.
* Optimize user experience: Collaborate with UX/UI team to design intuitive and pleasant interfaces, integrating continuous user feedback.
* Manage backlog: Ensure a structured and prioritized backlog, writing precise user stories and clear functional specifications for the Spanish-based technical team.
* Guarantee product quality: Supervise tests with Spanish QA and French developers before production to ensure optimal product quality.
* Analyze and measure performance: Follow product KPIs (engagement, retention, customer satisfaction, etc.) and propose improvement actions based on data.
* Communicate and engage: Ensure regular reporting to management, teams, and stakeholders to guarantee transparency on product advancement and evolution.
* Market and competitive watch: Stay informed about SaaS and Legaltech sector trends, innovations, and best practices to anticipate evolutions and maintain a competitive advantage.

Requirements:

* Education and experience: Bachelor's degree +4/5 with at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a digital services company, ideally in SaaS. Experience in Legaltech or Compliance tech is an asset.
* Product management skills: Mastering Agile methodologies, solid understanding of product life cycle, and experience in building and following product roadmaps.
* Client-oriented and data-driven: Strong ability to analyze client needs and product data to make informed decisions.
* Digital culture and UX/UI: Good digital culture and UX sensitivity, able to collaborate effectively with design teams to improve user experience.
* Collaboration and leadership: Excellent relational and communication skills, able to mobilize and federate multidisciplinary teams around the product vision.
* Ability to challenge technical teams: Able to discuss with developers and understand technical issues to ensure project feasibility.
* Active vigilance and curiosity: Strong interest in the legal sector and B2B technology, with active market surveillance.
* Language skills: Mastery of English (written and oral), essential for an international work environment.
