Product Specalist
Job description:
We´re looking for a Senior Product Specialist. This client in the furniture business is on a journey to increase the number of logged in customers in the context of B2C. As part of this journey, they continuously develop their Web product with frontend capabilities towards their customers. This entails functionality such as profile management but also backend services to connect with vendors but also to support other teams within their landscape. The new profile pages have been rolled out to all of the clients many markets, but also to a number of ROIG markets. New requirements are continuously brought up and new functionality is added. This means that you will have extensive interactions with all markets and a vast array of stakeholders in the global organisation. As a Product Specialist you will work closely together with the development team as well as with the Product Owner. You will also collaborate with colleague Product Specialists, working with analysis of new features. You will have a close dialogue with all of the clients markets to understand and discuss new requirements. You will also invite markets to present upcoming functionality and later on, plan the roll outs of new releases. You need to have the capability to zoom into details but always understand the bigger picture. You also have the ability to identify and capture process and business opportunities. Requirements: \-Good conceptual understanding of web technologies \-Good understanding on the regulatory challenges connected to collecting PII data and geographical policies and laws connected to the same \-Documented experience from digital touchpoints that collects customer data including address information in US, EU and APAC (including China). \-Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills \-Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \-A structured and analytic mindset Top three most important Experience working in a digital product organization Understanding of agile techniques and methodologies, preferably but not necessarily Kanban Understanding of the security challenges connected to digital touchpoints and PII data Location: Amsterdam or Helsingborg.
