Insights & Safeguarding area is part of Digital Business Support domain and provides tools, data and insights to help colleagues across this client to take good decisions and to operate on a day-to-day basis. They manage products within various areas, this assignment sits within Business Safeguarding (Risk & Compliance, and Legal & Governance)
The current Product Specialist (PS) for Business Risk & Compliance Insight Tower (BRCIT) and Argus Risk Analytics (Argus) is on parental leave January 
- August 2025, during this time this client is looking for a consultant to support the Product Owner and the two product teams.
The purpose of this role is to support the Product Owner in making tactical decisions by measuring, analysing and reporting on the performance of digital products i.e. (Risk & Compliance, and Legal & Governance). To serve as subject matter expert for product team members to be able to describe their experience with current products and analyse the data and provide co-workers feedback to product owners. To be able to demonstrate co-workers need to technical teams (developers).
Key tasks:
\-Work with co-workers to understand and quantify their needs and requirements, ensuring they are included and integrated into the product as needed please keep this
\-Test, analyse and validate the actual impact of the product to make sure the product reaches its goals
\-Responsible for all product related analysis, utilizing both customer and product data
\-Support the Product Owner in tactical decision making with analysis results and insights
\-Support the Product Owner in writing user stories
Key competences and skills for a Product Specialist:
\-Progressive and diverse experience in digital product development
\-Demonstrable experience in working in an Agile or DevOps working set-up
\-Experience working with and knowledge of the needs of customers or clients (internal or external)
\-Strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders
\-Proven analytical skills and experience making decisions based on hard and soft data
\-Strong team working and collaboration skills
Location: Sweden (onsite whenever required) Preferable Malmö or Helsingborg
