Product Specialist

Job description:

We're looking for a Product Specialist for a Swedish client in the furniture business.
Marketing Activation – CRM Communications, is part of the Growth & Marketing , is where they focus on the personalization of the customer journeys in our multi-channel landscape. In the pillar of CRM Communications, they focus on relevant communication with our customers, no matter if it is marketing or transactional messages. They aim at providing cross channel, consistent communication at the right moment in the right channel for the customer.
On a day-to-day basis you will be part of a team that delivers a streamlined communication experience with their customers, where they enable 30 countries to communicate with customers, in a way that supports a self-service approach while avoiding repetition of the same tasks. They work with communication in both own channels as well as in external channels. This needs to be done while maximizing the efficiency and keeping a clear focus on measuring impact and the usefulness of our messages. The Product Specialist supports Product Owners in making tactical decisions by reviewing and interpreting stakeholder needs & requirements, by measuring, analysing, and reporting on the performance of digital products.
You will:
Support Product Owners in strategic and operative decision making with analysis results and insight.
Work with stakeholders within digital and the greater organization and contribute to exploration activities to test and learn.
Work with co-workers & stakeholders to understand and quantify in-depth their business and technical needs, their requirements and in cooperation with Product Owner include and integrate into the product.
Test, measure, analyze, follow up and report on the performance of the Digital Products against business goals and digital objectives/key results.
Support Product Owners in writing JIRA user stories and documenting product details in Confluence and other systems.
Be open to different perspectives being heard and balanced to meet business objectives, collaborating within and outside of the team to ensure togetherness and strong partnership with key stakeholders
Ideally your background would include the following:
You are familiar with Digital Marketing within CRM communication both for transactional and marketing campaigns working within an omnichannel experience (Sales Force Marketing Cloud experience is a plus).
You have understanding of the area of creating audiences for targeting customer (identified as well as non-identified customers) and activation in different channels.
Experience with agile development practices, particularly agile ways of working such as backlog refinement and sprint reviews.
Experience in developing/writing user stories.
Bring a data-driven approach to decision making, both in day-to-day management and in making strategic trade-off.
Being a self-starter and demonstrate initiative.
Good planning and co-ordination skills.
Good ability to influence, listen to and collaborate successfully with variety of stakeholders connected to the domain in a complex environment.
