Job description:
This client is currently in the phase of deployment for their rewards branch. 8 markets have already been deployed and 21 are remaining. Their ambition is to accelerate deployment significantly in FY25 so that the complete deployment can be finalised in FY26. On the digital side, the program involves multiple products and actions from various teams. They have currently a Product specialist coordinating these different teams (and another one focused on Business acceptance test).
Tasks include:
\-Following up progress & managing deadlines in end-2-end configuration process of rewards.
\-Be point of contact for all stakeholders (digital teams, project team, markets).
\-Initiate & lead recurring meetings
\-Communicate with countries and global business stakeholders for the launch of rewards
\-Coordinate the analysis on digital gaps: identify the relevant digital teams and coordinate deliverables ahead of the program launch
\-Support the Digital product teams during testing of new releases/features/ automation.
Requirements:
Relevant experience from working on complex digital products with a high level of dependencies
Good stakeholder and project management skills
Experience from co-operation with Digital product teams
Experience doing high level testing of new features, in support of product teams (in comparison to initial business requirements)
Location: Malmö. Onsite work will be expected.
