* Professional leadership of the Payroll team, 5 MA Payroll, 1.5 MA time economy
* Self-creation of wages
- and payrolls for a predefined group of employees (400 MA)
* Processing of all administrative tasks
* Consultation of employees in all accounting questions
* Acquisition of correspondence with health insurance companies, authorities and insurance companies
* Monitoring certification
* Communication with different stakeholders, CHRO, HR BPs, HR Service Center
### Profile
* Experience in Payroll
* Experience in the professional management of employees
* Funded SAP HCM knowledge
