For our client, a **banking area company**, we realize a recruitment process on the position **SAS Developer.**

**About the project:**
Group structuring together with PeB is planning a synthetic securitization transaction for the first quarter of 2024 referencing a portfolio of EUR denominated PeB exposures. The transaction structure is expected to have the following characteristics:
Exposures in PeB total reference portfolio size EUR 5bn, REA relief of approx. EUR 400m, Several thousand loans and facilities,
The Mezzanine tranche will be sold to investors while the senior tranche is retained by N, Non-replenishing
utilizing the SEC-IRBA calculation to achieve the REA/capital relief (similar to previously executed transactions Archean and Matador).
The transaction reference loans subject to local risk weight floors imposed by the SFSA. It should also be ensured that no single transaction is more than 95% referenced across all outstanding securitization transactions.
2\. Group structuring together with PEB and BB is planning a synthetic securitization transaction for the second half of 2023 referencing a portfolio of EUR denominated PEB and BB exposures. The transaction structure is yet to be finalized but it is expected to have the following characteristics:
Exposures in PEB and BB (split roughly 50-50), total reference portfolio size EUR 1bn, REA relief of approx. EUR 200m, a few thousand loans and leasing, either the First Loss Piece (most probable) or the Mezzanine tranche will be sold to investors while the senior tranche is retained by N utilizing the SEC-IRBA calculation to achieve the REA/capital relief (similar to previously executed transactions SISU and Matador). The transaction should not reference any loans subject to temporary risk weight floors imposed by the ECB and it should be closed/called before the full implementation of the Basel IV output floors. It should also be ensured that no single transaction is more than 95% referenced across all outstanding securitization transactions. The exact reference obligation, portfolio and replenishment criteria will be not be finalized until close to the signing date.
**Important:**
* Ideal candidate is open for hybrid work Gdynia, Gdańsk or Warsaw : at least 2days per week.
**Requirements:**
* Superior knowledge of SAS (4GL and macro programming)
* 3-5 years development experience
* Strong programming and analytical skills
* knowladge of SQL and python will be advantage
* practical experience with databases
* good communication and presentation skills
* thorough, independent and team player
* Other skills / competencies: SAFE, Agile way of working, communication skills and presentation skills
