We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master and Release Manager to cover a parental leave Scrum Master in one of our Scrum teams. The team consists of seven people, including a system architect, developers, and testers, responsible for self-development and integration of third-party products. The role includes Scrum Master responsibilities and significant release management, planning releases to customers, partners, and users.

Responsibilities and tasks:

* Function as Scrum Master for a team of seven people, including development, architecture, and testing.
* Handle release planning and coordinate releases to customers, partners, and end-users.
* Perform sprint planning and facilitate Scrum rituals.
* Collaborate closely with two product owners from the business and an IT product owner to meet requirements from both the business and IT.
* Work in a Microsoft environment with backend development primarily in C# and .NET, as well as administrative interfaces in Angular.
* Support the team in developing both on-prem and Azure solutions.

Desired qualifications:

* Solid experience in software development, preferably in Microsoft environments (C#, .NET, Angular).
* Strong experience in planning and estimating in projects and releases.
* Experienced Scrum Master with experience in teams that work with both development, architecture, and testing.
* Excellent communication and planning skills, with a clear and structured work approach.
