Job description:
For our client we are looking for a **Senior Backend Developer**.
**Detailed description of work task to be carried out:**
* Support creating comprehensive technical documentation with project manager and architect.
* Implementing (new) high quality Java microservice with Spring and integrate to 3rd party and internal APIs.
* Troubleshooting issues and supporting QA and delivery effort to production.
* Collaborate with on site team to develop and deliver new features to existing services.
**Description of knowledge and experience:**
* Proven experience on similar projects
* Expertise in Java, Spring framework and RESTful services and event streaming like Kafka. Bonus from database systems and AWS knowledge.
* R&D/innovative thinking and willingness to experiment.
**Allocation:** 100%
**Assignment start date**: 2025-04-29
**Duration:** 2025-12-31
**Location:** Helsinki
**Language:** Fluent in English, both written and spoken
