Senior Developer, Solution Lead, .Net & AI

We are seeking a Senior Developer and Solution Lead who wants to be part of a groundbreaking and exploratory project in GenAI, Agents, and Machine Learning.

**About the Role:**

As a Senior Developer and Solution Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and leading the development of advanced solutions with a focus on the .Net platform in Azure environment. You will work with a full-stack approach and use technologies such as Node/React microfrontend, C#, and TypeScript. Your role will include everything from software architecture to integration with both synchronous and asynchronous patterns.

A central part of your work will be to implement solutions with AI, Agents, Agent Clusters, and Machine Learning. You will have the opportunity to explore and develop innovative technologies such as GenAI and advanced agent-based systems.

**Responsibilities:**

* Full-stack development with .NET (version 8/9) for Azure
* Node/React microfrontend
* C#
* Test-driven/test-focused development
* Integration with synchronous and asynchronous patterns
* Software architecture
* Act as tech lead and coach the team through examples

**DevOps:**

* Langchain, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Swarm or equivalent
