The Sales team is seeking a Senior Digital Analyst to take a Nordic role in web and digital analytics. The ideal candidate has a strong business mindset, interpersonal abilities, and technical and analytical skills to turn data into insights. They will work across the organization, supporting sales, marketing, and CX teams to design customer journeys and set up measurements and metrics.
The role is operational and strategic, requiring strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams. The candidate will work closely with data engineers, developers, and other analysts to support data-driven decisions.
The client is responsible for electricity contracts for households and small enterprises in the Nordic Region. They are part of BA Customers & Solutions, which includes E-Mobility and Decentralized Energy Solutions.
Examples of tasks and responsibilities include:
* Shaping and optimizing digital customer journeys
* Designing and creating digital dashboards and KPIs
* Delivering a data-driven approach to digital advertising
* Ensuring proper tagging and integration with analytics tools and reporting platforms
* Analyzing web traffic metrics and customer behavior
* Researching digital products and services to identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
* Professional experience as a web analyst, preferably in sales and marketing
* Previous experience with Piwik PRO or similar web analytics tools
* Proficiency in scripting with JavaScript
* Relevant knowledge of SQL
* Experience implementing server-side tracking is a plus
* Strong quantitative and analytical skills
* Comfortable working with large data sets
* Experience creating reports and visualizations in Power BI is an advantage
* Strong communication skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration
* Interest in energy markets and the electricity industry
* University degree in a relevant field
* Fluency in English and Finnish or Swedish
