Job description:
**To our client Central Student Support Board (CSN), we are looking for a Senior IT architect Web.**
**Description:**
CSN needs to strengthen its IT business with IT consultant with skills profile senior IT architect in web
and frontend development.
The assignment refers to web development and work with CSN’s internal and external websites as well as CSN’s common component library.
The assignment requires close cooperation with both operations and IT to identify and evaluate business requirements and to develop solutions that support CSN’s objectives.

The assignment includes a high level of collaboration, control and coordination with CSN’s operations, several different delivery teams and other IT architects at CSN.
The assignment requires someone who is self-propelled, driving and has extensive experience and high expertise in web development.
In addition to the above work, the consultant may, during the term of the contract, work with other similar works in the agency’s IT operations, in both development and management and depending on CSN’s needs.
**Requirements:**
Have worked as an IT architect in the web
- and front-end development with modern JavaScript frameworks, such as Angular, React and Vue for at least 5 years of the past 10 years, and have in-depth understanding and knowledge in the field as well as having designed, driven and led IT architecture issues within the web.
* Have worked with Angular as an essential element of work and have a deep knowledge and understanding of and for the framework.
* Have years of experience in supporting and mentoring other IT architects and other system development roles within the web and front end.
Have years of experience working in agile system development.
I can write and speak fluent Swedish.
**Meritation:**
* Have worked in an online IT architecture role in larger organizations for at least 5 years in the past 15 years and where multiple parallel system development teams, with dependencies between teams, jointly delivered releases and results.
* have worked as an IT architect and/or web developer in the web and in the public sector for at least 3 years in the last 10 years.
Working with Code Development as a Web
and front-end developers for at least 5 years.
Working with system development in React.
Have worked with CMS tools such as Sitevision or similar for at least 2 years.
Have good knowledge of web accessibility, for example in accordance with WCAG.
Have knowledge of system development in Java frameworks such as Springboot, with version management in GIT-hub and construction process in Jenkins.
Have worked in container technology with Red Hat Openshift or the corresponding platform.
* Have multiannual experience of having worked in assignments where Scrum, or equivalent agile working methods, was the applied working method.
* have worked with Jira, or equivalent, as support for agile work in teams and have a great understanding of its functionality and opportunities to contribute to agile development.
Working with Confluence to document results.
The consultant shall provide at least two reference assignments that demonstrate the experience and competence of the consultant – see Annex ‘competence matrix’.
**The requirements must be clearly stated in CV and marked. In addition, the respective requirements shall be justified in free text with references to where the CV requirement is met. See the attached file "Competence Matrix"**
**Start date**: The start date of the assignment is as soon as possible after assignment as well as time for contract barriers.
**End date**: 2026-12-31
**Plats**: Sundsvall. Work on site at CSN HK in Sundsvall on average 3 days per week or more. The consulting service may, in general, and in consultation with CSN’s clients, be carried out remotely.
Working time/Scope*: 100% of an FTE (full-time equivalent), i.e. work of 40 hours per week and with deductions for the red days of the year according to calendar, holidays, working hours, contract hours and reasonable time for skills development, internal information meetings and the like.
**Extension:** CSN is able to extend the assignment until 2028-12-31. If CSN chooses to extend the assignment, CSN has the opportunity to negotiate the price.

**Agreement terms:**
The terms of the assignment will be based on Ework’s framework agreement with the customer.
The consultant co-plans holidays and other leaves together with CSN’s clients, as well as the team and/or activity to which the consultant is connected within CSN, with the aim and purpose of ensuring good access to CSN’s operations. Emergency and absence should be primarily added to normal summer holidays and major holidays.
The consulting service shall be carried out only from place within Sweden unless otherwise agreed with CSN’s clients.
