We are looking for 1st System Developer Java Fullstack for a development project on development. and the digitalization department. The Agriculture Agency’s Development and Digitalisation department is developing and managing system support for the EU Agricultural Reform Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) which entered into force in 2023. In the new agricultural reform, the European Commission demands a land monitoring system with the aim of monitoring the payment of aid to farmers who manage their land properly. Copernicus, the EU and the European Space Agency (ESA) remote sensing software, has satellites that can deliver data that enables landscaping changes, the land monitoring system uses satellite data in combination with other information for various purposes linked to farm support. Other areas are our register for agricultural lands in Sweden, where we have developed a system, the Base, which is used, among other things, to adhere to the register by reviewing aerial photos, as well as the Falken system where we handle field controls. The Swedish Agriculture Agency has extensive development activities with several parallel development operations. Depending on the need, other assignments in-house at the Swedish Agriculture Agency may also be relevant. The scope of the assignment is 100% and is in place at the Swedish Agriculture Agency in Jönköping. The possibility of distance work up to three days a week can be found if it is possible based on the needs of the business and after an on-site introduction period.
