**Mandatory requirements:**

* At least 8 years of experience with JavaEE
* At least 5 years of experience with second-generation Angular (version 2 with TypeScript) including work with the latest versions (versions 16-17)
* At least 5 years of experience with system development within a government agency
* At least 4 years of experience with system development using the SBE method

**Desirable requirements:**

* Experience with JBOSS
* Experience with Jenkins
* Experience with agile development methods
* Experience with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence
