Senior Java Developer with experience in Rest API solutions

Job description:

We are now looking for **Senior Java Developer** for our banking industry client.
**Detailed description of work task to be carried out:**
* Developing and maintaining robust backend systems using Java, SQL and related technologies
* Cooperating with Quality Assurance, Business Analyst, Product Managers and Product Owners
* Performing regular code reviews and committing the code on a daily basis
* Participating in maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery
**Must have:**
* 5
- years of experience in development and software engineering preferably in large corporate institutions
* Strong collaboration skills and enjoy working in team-oriented atmosphere
* Familiar with the latest technologies. E.g. Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes and DB2/Oracle
* Solid background and experience in developing in Java Spring (Framework, Boot, Batch)
* Hands on knowledge of CI/CD, Jenkins, GIT, Bitbucket, REST, Maven and JUnit
**Nice to have:**
* Experience with Java Reactive Programming, Hibernate/JPA
* Experience building highly available applications
**Allocation:** 100%
**Assignment start date:** 01.10.2024
**Duration:** 30.06.2025
**Location:** Helsinki
**Language:** Fluent in English, both written and spoken
