šŸ”¹ For our Client we are looking for **Senior Machine Learning Engineer** šŸ”¹
**Senior ML Engineer for Drug Development sector**
You will sit in a horizontal team of engineers supporting multiple data science teams and ML initiatives across the company's Drug Development. The client is building a machine learning platform based on the Azure Cloud using AzureML and Databricks as technologies. This platform will be the foundation of your work, and you will be onboarding projects and building their machine learning workflows on this platform.
Because you sit in **horizontal team with many stakeholders, people skills and abilities to effectively communicate are highly important.** As our corporate language is **English**, we expect you to be fluent in both its written and spoken form.
**āœ”ļø Responsibilities include:**
* Operate the life cycle of source-code, data, and models provided by data scientists, referred to as the machine learning life cycle.
* Build and operate the machine learning life cycle on platforms by internal providers and bridge the gap between data science and IT infrastructure.
* Build a foundation of best-practices, templates, and project accelerators for machine learning operations using software engineering and software design principles.
* Educate data scientists about the machine learning life cycle and act as a sparring partner.
* Enable data scientists to be independent and allow them to integrate into the machine learning life cycle in a self-service manner.
* Serve multiple teams and projects across the organization.
* Guide and mentor junior team members.
* Enable the company to effectively harness machine learning and help them innovate how clinical trials are conducted and analyzed.
**āœ”ļø Qualifications:**
* Software engineering principles and practices.
* Statistics and machine learning.
* Systems design, containerization, and distributed computing.
* Python
* DevOps, CI/CD, and software testing.
* Stakeholder management and communication.
* Experience with Azure Machine Learning and Databricks is a plus
* Fluent in spoken and written English
The position is based in Poland and involves working remotely in a global environment.

Your team is within the AI & Analytics department and is part ofthe company's Data Science division in Drug Development.
