Job description:
The clients global App is expanding its scope and aims to introduce new experiences that reinforce the brand as a leader in "Life at Home," while meeting the evolving expectations of today’s e-commerce functionalities, including optimizing funnels and conversions. You will lead or co-lead initiatives alongside Design Leaders and Managers, requiring strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and program management expertise. Collaboration will be key, working with Retail business owners, Product, Engineering, Data teams, and designers from the App team to bring these experiences to life for fiscal year 2026.
You will oversee 1-3 critical assignments, taking them from conception (with some parts already defined) through to execution and delivery. You will work closely with various counterparts and markets to ensure the direction is followed and the experience meets or exceeds customer expectations.

In the Concept Phase:
\-Translate business goals and customer insights into a clear, compelling experience direction, addressing both short
- and long-term needs.
\-Collaborate closely with Product and Retail Business Partners.
In the Discovery Phase:
\-Break down the design direction into clear, actionable deliverables for PEDX.
In the Delivery Phase:
\-Guide decisions to balance design vision with feasibility, ensuring alignment across teams.
Requirements:
\-Strong understanding of commerce, retail, and online shopping behaviors (particularly upper funnel or engagement)
