For our client WirelessCar we are looking for a Service Reliability Engineer with AWS experience.
**Role description:**
As a Service Reliability Engineer, you use the latest technologies and tools, like AWS Services, Datadog, to ensure our solutions and services have high availability and reliability. You and your team work closely together with the DevOps teams developing and operating the services. Together with your team you play an important role enabling our DevOps teams to fully take responsibility for the entire lifecycle of their services.

**Team description:**
The team you will work in is one of two global Service Reliability Engineering Team with team members located in the US and Sweden. There is close collaboration between the SRE teams as well as the DevOps teams responsible for developing and operating their services which are part of one or several solutions to one or several customers. The team is led by a Team Lead and works both with reactive service operation (support tickets from the OEM support organization) and proactive improvements.
**Need to have:**
* Excellent communication skills
* A strong interest and skills in problem solving
* AWS (or similar functionality provided by other cloud providers)
* DevOps experience with focus on Ops
* Observability (AWS CloudWatch, Grafana, Datadog or similar)
* Fluent English skills, in both speech and writing
**Nice to have:**
* Scripting and automation experience
* Programming experience (Java, Python or similar)
* Agile methodologies
* ITIL experience
