For our customer Nordic Medtest, we are looking for a software developer as follows. **Condition** NMT is responsible for application management and further development of SITHS eID Portal, to issue and administer the service identification SITHS eID. **Description** We need a software architect with experience in architecture and development of e-ID portals or similar types of safety-critical solutions. The assignment includes: Structure and design software to meet both functional requirements and the different architectural quality characteristics that are set on the systems. Participate actively as a developer in an agile team. The work includes supporting the team in understanding and following established architectural guidelines, collaborating with solution architects, participating in analysis of requirements, architecture and technical solutions, and describing the intended life cycle. The person should have the will and ability to quickly find new important information and understand the contexts, and want to take great responsibility for the work. **Time plan** 240701-241231 with option for extension. **Placing place** Under agreement, in Sweden **Obligatory requirements for the assignment** 1\. Experience in agile software development. 2. Experience in SOA-related technologies, such as SOAP/REST. 3. Development experience with Java and Spring Boot and Spring Security 4. Experience with CI/CD using Bitbucket and Jenkins. 5. Experience in building systems Maven and Gradle 6. Frontend development experience in Angular, Javascript and Typescript 7. Experience in container technologies, including Docker and OpenShift 8. Experience in developing applications with database connections to MongoDB, Redis and MariaDB/MySQL. 9. Experience in architecture and development of digital certificate systems and PKI/CA requirements for HSM. 10. Experience in eligibility models and protocols/frames for authentication and authorization, including Oauth/OICD, FIDO2 and SAML. 11. Experience in out of band solutions for authentication. 12. Experience in working with federated identity management, user authentication and authorization services. 13. Experience in backend development solutions that meet high performance, security and availability requirements. The Supplier shall, in the Declaration Response, provide accounts, or reference to CV or other documentation confirming that all the requirements imposed on the consultant are met. **Interview procedure:** Interviews will be held during week 23-24. We therefore ask all tenderers to reserve the opportunity to hold an interview. The call may be sent out with a short notice. The interview will be held by expert(a) person(s). Evaluation criteria and quality criteria interview Nordic Medtest will call quoted consultants who are qualified and meet the mandatory requirements of the interview, to evaluate and assign quality points according to the criteria set out below. In the interview, the assessment criteria for “Communicative Ability” and “Competence and Understanding of the Mission” will be evaluated and scored. **Agreement terms**: The terms of the assignment will be based on Eworks framework agreement with the customer.
