Software engineer
Job description:
We're looking for software engineer with Mulesoft skills for a Swedish client. The client's team is working with DEM & APM in Operational Intelligence. They are collaborating with Event Management, ML & AI Ops team and have responsibility to deliver observability to end user application teams and critical flows in e-commerce. They are staffing the DEM area to support platforms/products with availability measurements, dashboarding, blackout and reporting. This is performed by collecting requirements and create workflows according to consumer needs and specifications, supporting both Citrix, Oracle Forms and Web based applications. We're looking for someone with DEM (Digital Experience Monitoring) & Synthetic (APM - Application Performance Monitoring) expertise. You will be working with Synthetic tools/platforms, specific Mulesoft APM and/or Servicetrace X1 (benefit with RPA as well). Good if the FTC worked with Mulesoft APM/RPA last two years as they developed a new SaaS platform & UI. You will use the Mulesoft Builder like old Servicetrace Builder to create and build workflows. The client is using Fat Client (Desk Top application) implementation in the Builder, only looking at APM part to identify screens and buttons for availability measurements. You should know about pattern select and mouseclick to create flows. The client is not using the Selenium part of Mulesoft only the APM part. Bonuspoints from knowledge of Catchpoint and Selenium scripting. Requirements: * Can explain how to configure Mulesoft New Builder, SaaS controller and how to build workflows. * Servicetrace X1 (APM part), New Mulesoft / Servicetrace SaaS platform and UI.
