Managing Incidents & Requests via SNOW portal and on-call phone Troubleshooting & Resolving Issues using Volvo business applications and support tools Escalating Cases Solving Problems **āļø Requirements:** Candidate should be skilled in JAVA and FE technologies, but as well should be strong in problems solving incl. infrastructure knowledge. Self reliance and communication (English) is a must during high priority incidents.
