For this assignment, you will work in a dynamic environment where innovation is part of the client's DNA. As a Scrum Master/Agile Software Engineer, you will play a central role in designing and developing applications with a strong focus on customer experience, based on modern technologies and architecture.
In addition to your role as a developer, as a Scrum Master you will also have a crucial role in coaching and inspiring our Agile Software Engineers to design and develop the best customer experience and sustainable solutions!
You will have a broad scope of responsibility and freedom to influence what is developed and in what way together with a team of experienced IT developers.
Responsibilities:
- Enable and facilitate the best possible solution design and technical solution to be implemented from a holistic customer experience perspective.
- Use your deep knowledge of the product's technical set-up and usage to continuously iterate and deliver product improvements together with your colleagues and Product Owners.
Ensure that our solutions are secure, robust and sustainable (secure software development)
Facilitate collaboration with engineers, product owners and UX designers to translate requirements into user stories and technical solutions
Promote high quality software development practices to continuously deliver high quality features and improvements.
You use, advocate and spread modern agile software development methods and contribute to developing good standards of engineering practice within your team and in our developer communities.
Enabling a first-class developer experience.
Facilitation of all Scrum ceremonies including refinement
Keywords: Angular (version 14+), HTML5, CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript, Azure DevOps, Git & Gitflow, MS Azure, MS Visual Studio, Docker, CI/CD, CMS EpiServer/Optimizly, C# 3-4 (.NET Framework & .NET Core 7+)
Extra plus if you have experience with:
- Web analytics tools like Google analytics or Piwik PRO
- Set up of SQL and databases
- Understand authentication and Open identity
- Setting up automation tests and testing diligently before release
- Have used SonarQube or Github Advance
