Job description:
We are seeking a consultant primarily focused on frontend development, who thrives in roles involving designing intuitive user interfaces, integrating APIs, and establishing infrastructure to facilitate product deployment.
The clients product team is on a mission to implement a new digital product: Purchase Issue Resolution. The product will be the clients global tool for managing purchase related support requests such as customer return and claim resolutions. The product will replace parts of their legacy system that manages 5M
- customer support cases around the world today.
The current plan is to include sourcing to support the creation of the core foundation of the product e.g., omni-channel qualification flow, resolution execution engine and resolution orchestration engine.
The digital product will support both customer
- and co-worker facing interfaces, the client intends to do most of the development in-house in order to provide users and co-workers with a user experience that is aligned with the specific look & feel.
The Customer Support Case product team is now looking to team up with external resources to strengthen their team with architecture
- and development capabilities.
You will join the Customer Support Case product team which currently consists of product owner, product specialist, UX/UI designer, engineering manager and software engineer. As a team member, the consultant will be part of the everyday work including planning and implementing new features, improving ways of working and supporting existing products. The team is self-sufficient and owns the entire product vertical, from UI to infrastructure/DevOps.
Main responsibilities:
\-Designing and implementing highly responsive and reusable user interface components utilizing React concepts.
\-Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the development of scalable and maintainable frontend architecture.
\-Offering guidance and support to team members to foster best practices and deliver high-quality outcomes.
\-Enhancing application performance through monitoring and optimization efforts.
Skills in prioritized order: React, TypeScript, Edge Side Include (Micro-frontends), Frontend testing: automation, Unit & Integration test, Authentication: SSO, OAuth, Localization, Git/GitHub for version control, Familiarity with frontend build tools and CI/CD pipelines, Go, GCP

Location: Sweden, Malmö. Onsite work from the office at least a few days a week. Minimum 2 days.
