For our customer in the consumer goods industry we are looking for a solution architect SAP CRM / SAP S / 4 system (m / w / d) # # # Background The customer is currently conducting a merger of its SAP CRM system into the SAP S / 4 system. Other CRM systems (e.g. AS400) are then transferred to the S / 4 system. # # # Responsibilities * Responsibility for the design of modern CRM solutions (e.g. SAP CRM, S / 4HANA Customer Management, Zendesk, SAP Sales Cloud, etc.) * Design and development of the system landscape around CRM platforms * Definition and integration of related systems (e.g. ERP, Marketing Automation, E-Commerce, Customer Data Platforms) * Design of interfaces in cooperation with the Integration Solution Architect (REST, SOAP, event-driven architectures, middleware) * Ensure the orientation of the superior IT strategy and target architecture * Stakeholder management and close exchange with departments and IT * Creation of technical architecture - and integration concepts including. Evaluation of solution options * Taking into account non-functional requirements (e.g. safety, scalability, performance) * Responsibility for technology decisions, tool selection and control of external service providers * Consulting on best practices in CRM architecture and system integration # # # Profiles * Multiannual practical experience in the Enterprise - or solution architecture in the CRM environment * Proven project achievements in system integration within complex IT landscapes * Based experience in the B2C environment with large customer bases and high interaction volume * familiarity with pre-sales- processes, customer service and corresponding CRM functionalities * Knowledge both in cloud-based and on-premise CRM platforms, ideally SAP CRM and / or S / 4HANA Customer Management * Experience with agile teams and in interfunctional, international project environments * Excellent communication skills - able to communicate complex technical issues in an understandable and targeted way * Strong skills in stakeholder management and in the placement between the department and IT * Very good English knowledge (trade-proof) in word and writing
