Solution Architect (UKG Pro / Legion Wfm)

Our client that is a leading global company in “furniture” industry is looking for a Solution Architect for their team. Is it you they’re looking for? In this project, the consultant will be working with the modernisation of customer’s digital landscape in people planning. This will have a crucial role and significant effect on client’s co-workes, customer and business resilience. This is a global program that aims to uplift digital solutions and the co-worker experience in all people planning capabilities. The consultant will assist client in Solution Architecture (UKG Pro / Legion Wfm) related areas. As UKG / Legion Solution Architect the consultant will be responsible for ensuring the WfM Architecture fits into overall People Planning Solution architecture - ensuring that the solution design meet both global and country needs. The work will be done together with 3rd party provider as well as internal engineering and product teams. The Solution Architect will be accountable for successful transition from program to BAU from a solution architect/technical perspective. In order to be a great match, the consultant should be familiar in working with a global UKG / Legion digital implementations. This is a complex project and atmosphere, so it is important to be skilful in building trustful relationships with different stakeholders, coach project team members, have great leadership skills and see the big picture! We’re quite sure, the consultant will success in the project if they find themselves in the following requirements / skills: * Design a solution that best suits customer needs and make recommendations for changes to help them to adopt industry-recommended practices * Minimum of 12 years in IT and business systems, with at least 5 years focused on WfM technologies. Experienced in implementing globally, and preferably with experience of Europe, APAC and North America. * Experience implementing the following WfM Modules: Timekeeping, Absence, Advanced Scheduling and Analytics including in & outbound integrations * Minimum 5 years of experience presenting to senior stakeholders. * Certified in WfM, with at least 5 years of related experience. * Ability to work on complex, fast-paced projects in a collaborative team setting. * Broad knowledge of labour management, HCM, scheduling, leave, and attendance, experience in multiple countries is preferable And putting it into the nutshell, the most important elements of the consultant are: * Senior level tech experience with either UKG or Legion technologies * Multi country project experience * Personality to challenge and engage high level stakeholders Sounds like you or someone you know?
