Job description:
**We are looking for a Solution Architect for our client in the facility service sector**
The Domain / Solution Architect role is strategic with the focus area with the capabilities, business' processes, information and systems in unison from a business strategy perspective.
You will serve as expert for the respective HR domain architectures, the application / technology roadmaps and act as technical expert responsible for solution design & implementation of applications in the functional domain of HR and the surrounding solutions (SuccessFactors, Learning Management Tools, etc..).
**Responsibilities**:
- Understanding, documenting and visualizing the functional business area of HR, its needs and potential required IT support with different models, both the current situation where needed and future states.
- Establish partnership with business to apply in-depth knowledge of the business operations, strategies, priorities, and information requirements to build a scalable and adaptable Digital capability roadmap.
- Translate HR business strategy and demands, as well as efficiency needs into a holistic solution architecture (application, information, technology) to define and maintain the target architecture and digital transformation roadmap.
- Maintain the client's Domain model and Capability map for HR, assure a balanced relationship between information flows from applications and business processes, and create architecture-compliant solution strategies and solution designs with transformation roadmaps.
The Domain / Solution Architect role require s the ability to understand and relate to the business' purpose, goal and strategies and ideally deep knowledge about the HR domain itself. You will serve as expert for the respective HR domain architectures, the application / technology roadmaps and act as technical expert responsible for solution design & implementation of applications in the functional domain of HR and the surrounding solutions
**Skills**:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or a related field, or possesses equivalent practical experience.
- Has 7-10 years of professional IT experience, demonstrating the ability to think strategically and translate plans into operational excellence ideally experience in either internal role (e.g., domain / solution architect)
- Possesses deep expertise and business knowledge in HR and Data Management
- Demonstrates implementation expertise in major platforms such as **SuccessFactors, Qualtrics or Staffbase**
- Holds expertise across multiple technology domains, including Cloud, Automation, Data, and AI and generally in Payroll, T&A, LMS, Recruitment or similar software used in HR function
- Has the ability to rapidly grasp the functions and capabilities of new technologies.
- Remains “evergreen” by actively keeping up-to-date with technology trends and emerging technologies.
- Understands both the long-term and short-term perspectives of situations.
- Demonstrates the ability to frame complex issues and persuade a wide and diverse audience.
