System developer
Job description:
We are seeking a System Developer for the Swedish Police Authority. The authority is responsible for issuing residence permits and identity cards to Swedish citizens, developing IT support for issuance and delivery, including biometric stations and passport readers. The IT department is responsible for developing IT support for residence permits and identity cards, maintaining a PKI infrastructure, and introducing a national ID card with an electronic identity. The Identity Documents group is responsible for developing customized solutions for identity management. As a system developer, you will participate in an agile team, implementing requirements, setting up system environments, proposing solutions, and identifying improvements. **Requirements:** * At least 5 years of experience as a full-stack developer in Java or Python. * At least 3 years of experience with development for the Linux platform, acquired within the last 8 years. * Good ability to express yourself in spoken and written Swedish. * Documented experience of working in agile teams and collaborating with project managers, testers, and other developers. * Documented experience of developing interfaces to other systems and applications. **Desirable:** * Experience of developing applications in container environments. * Experience of developing solutions in complex and security-regulated IT environments. * Knowledge of and experience with developing solutions for secure data transfer. **Security Process:** The Swedish Police Authority has high security and secrecy requirements.
