To our customer We are looking for a system developer level 3.
Mission Description:
The Customs Agency needs a consultant who will act as a system developer in one of our agile delivery teams working within the Safe Payment area.
The work will involve both frontend and backend development.
The consultant will need to be classified under the assignment and the classification must be completed before the start of the assignment.
Competence level:
System developer level 3
Knowledge
High competence in the field
Experience – 4-8 years as a consultant in the field.
Management
Taking responsibility for the sub-area, can lead a smaller group
independence Can work independently.
Demand:
At least 4 years of development experience with Java EE
- that the 4 years include at least 1 year experience in development with JMS-API, together with ActiveMQ, IBM MQ or Rabbit MQ
- At least 1 year of experience in front-end development with Angular, which includes work on the latest versions (version 19 or above)
- The consultant must be able to be in the Customs office in Luleå 2 days a week. However, some weeks may require a presence in the office for several days. Other time can be done remotely.
Merit:
Experience in system development regarding payment systems (accounting,
Customer Response, Invoicing, Bank Integration)
Experience in system development within state authority
Experience with JBOSS or Wildfly application server
Experience in developing unit tests with JUnit
Experience with Linux

Start date: 2026-05-11 or from the date both parties signed the agreement.
End date: 2027-04-30
Location: Luleå
Working time/Scope: 100%
Distance work: The consultant should be able to be in the Customs office in Luleå at least 2 days a week. However, some weeks may require a presence in the office for several days. The consultant must be able to manage the flexibility in consultation with the client. No compensation is paid for travel.
Opportunity for extension: Ability to 2 extensions in 12 months.

Agreement Terms:
The terms of the assignment will be based on Ework’s framework agreement with the customer. The offer shall be valid until 2026-04-24.
