The Roll:**
As a system developer, you work to develop, develop and manage systems that create real business value. You translate business requirements into efficient and quality-assured software code and have good knowledge of modern programming languages, frameworks and development tools.
In this role, you take an active responsibility to drive technical issues forward and contribute to technical choices. The role encompasses the entire life cycle of the system – from development to management, troubleshooting and wrongdoing. In your work, you will have the opportunity to work with different technologies such as microservice architecture, container solutions and automated distribution platforms, where you will be involved in ensuring that the solutions are scalable, robust and safe.
**Description:**
Section Personal documents are now seeking a senior system developer to develop the new state e-ID, a reliable digital identity at the highest level of trust for Sweden’s citizens. We face crucial strategic decisions to ensure that e-ID is both technically safe, user-friendly and accessible to all.
You will have your placement in modern premises central to Kungsholmen in Stockholm, and there is the opportunity to work from home up to two days a week.
Group Electronic Legitimization is responsible for developing customized solutions related to the police’s work in issuing services and productions in the field of identity management. The assignment means that you as a member of the development team will contribute to the group’s goals and development work and ensure that its deliveries are of high quality.
Through the assignment as a system developer in the Electronic Legitimization group, you are part of an agile work team led by a mission manager. This means that you will participate in weekly meetings, realise requirements through codimplementation, set up system environments, suggest the appropriate solution and identify possible improvements to systems and code base in the short and long term.
Competence requirements:
** Qualifying requirements (Scale requirements): **
Training in systems/data science or equivalent acquired experience that the Police Authority considers equivalent
- The consultant must have at least 4 years of documented experience as a system developer
- The consultant shall have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in Java on the Linux platform, preferably with experience in Spring Boot and related frameworks.

- The consultant shall have at least 1 year experience in microservice architecture and container-based environment (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
Good knowledge in Swedish
Swedish citizenship
**Meritational competence (Requirements): **
Implemented security solutions previously based on OIDC/OAuth2.
Experience with CI/CD on Jenkins, for example with tools/platforms such as Bitbucket, Nexus, Openshift, Kubernetes, Docker, Gitops and Maven

Safety process:
Police authorities place high demands on consultant safety
and privacy awareness. Safety review with register control and subscription of security agreements under the Security Act (2018:585) may be conducted by consultant and consultant employers before The contract can be claimed. In some cases, Swedish citizenship is required.
