To our customer We are looking for a system developer level 4.
**Description:**
The Customs Agency needs an experienced system developer. The consultant will work with other resources in an agile delivery team responsible for the development and management of IT support within the Customs Agency’s clarification operations. Work will mean both frontends
and backend development.
The consultant will need security classes within the scope of the assignment and the assignment may not be started before the safety rating is completed.
Competence level:**
System developer level 4
The consultant shall be at level 4 of competence in the relevant field:
Knowledge
High generalist competence, or very high competence in the field
Experience
- have participated in large and complex assignments in the current area and completed highly quality assignments. The level is usually achieved at the earliest after 8 years as a consultant in the current area.
Management
- assumes responsibility for the management of larger groups
independence
- very big
**Requirements:**
At least 8 years of experience in java development
- At least 3 years of experience in second-generation angular (version 2 with type script) including work on the latest versions (version 19-20)
- At least 3 years of experience in system development with SBE (specification by example) method (specific and not equivalent)
- The consultant shall be able to be in place in the Customs office premises in Luleå at least 2 days a week. However, some weeks require a presence in the office for several days. Other time can be done remotely.
**Meritation:**
Experience in system development against Customs Code
Experience with GIT
Experience with JMS/MQ queues

**Start date:** 2026-05-01
** End date:** 2027-04-30
**Place:** Luleå
Working time/Scope:** 100%
**Distance work:** Consultant should be able to be in place in the Customs offices in Luleå at least 2 days a week. However, some weeks may require a presence in the office for several days. Other time can be done remotely. No compensation is paid for travel.
** Ability to extend:** 3 extensions in 12 months.

**Agreement terms:**
The terms of the assignment will be based on Ework’s framework agreement with the customer. The offer shall be valid until 2026-03-24.
