To our customer Swedavia is now looking for a **System developer/architect for pre-study**
**Description:**
Swedavia IT is looking for an experienced system developer/architect (consultant) for a 120-140-hour preliminary study. A small preliminary study will be started, where there is a project manager added, as well as a smaller working group staffed with business specialists and management leaders. The preliminary study aims to highlight today’s IT integration between Swedavia’s solution for friction measurement and Eurocontrol, and to present a new integration design that is more flexible and easier to maintain over time.
The assignment is expected to last for 6-8 weeks by about 16h/week. Option on the possibility of extension.
Other participants in the preliminary study are available full-time for work meetings and workshops.
**Roll description**
System developer/ Architects will work independently, but with the support of the project manager and Swedavia’s IT architects, why a good knowledge of airport operation is necessary even before the study begins. See the requirements picture below.
The consultant is expected to be able to quickly move into today’s integration flow and be able to point to improvement areas and also suggest concrete solutions to achieve improvements.
**Work information**
The consultant shall take responsibility for the analysis of today’s integration and is expected to create a decision basis containing a description of the risks associated with today’s solution and a proposal for improvement measures.
The work of the consultant is a large part of the results of the study and a high quality of the work is expected.
The consultant is expected to be able to act as “Fullstack developers” who are used to conducting work with disciplines that do not need to work in the same field, i.e. to engage in dialogues with users of airport operations.

**Calling requirements**
Should be a Swedish citizen and be able to speak fluent Swedish and English
* Experience in airport operations specifically within runway operations, such as landing and reporting systems and the equipment often based on IoT and embedded systems.
* Must have knowledge in hand-holding/interfaces that work in vulnerable environments (out-environment) as well as understand general processes surrounding runways and landing/landing.
* Must have experience in cloud solutions and work with different forms of cloud services.
* Must have experience to develop in frameworks and languages both for frontend and backend, such as C#, .Net, Swift, Go, React and various types of script languages such as JavaScript, PHP and similar languages as our solutions often have multiple services in different environments.
* Must be well versed in EASA and its regulations within SNOWTAM and measurements on runways for commercial air traffic.
* Must be able to work both remotely and when needed at Swedavia airports.
* The person needs to have experience in basic electronics such as donors, connections and built-in electronics.
* Must have experience in automation based on PLC Automation, meriting with knowledge in structured text and setting up and understanding PLC based automation with associated I/O.
* The person should be familiar with security issues related to access, authentication and encryption.
At least 10 years of experience in software development, architecture and demand management.
**Meritive requirements**
Should have knowledge of adjacent systems such as cameras, infrastructure and automotive development
Knowledge of third-place services such as Eurocontrol, SMHI and pilot breaking systems through advanced APIs.
*Should have knowledge in networks such as configuring and using routers, but also understand technology and connections with Ethernet and 4G/5G.
* Experience in creating educational materials and leading training in computer systems and the use of advanced equipment.
Knowledge in structured text and to set up and understand PLC based automation with associated I/O.
