**To our customer We are looking for a system developer level 4.**
**Description:**
The Customs Agency needs a consultant who will act as a senior system developer in one of our agile delivery teams working in the supply area of imports.
Work will mean both frontends
- and backend development as well as support and mentoring to other team developers
The consultant will need to be classified under the assignment and the classification must be completed before the start of the assignment.
Competence level:**
System developer level 4
The consultant shall be at level 4 of competence in the relevant field:
Knowledge**
High generalist competence, or very high competence in the field
**Experience**
- have participated in large and complex assignments in the current area and completed highly quality assignments. The level is usually achieved at the earliest after 8 years as a consultant in the current area.
** Management**
- assumes responsibility for the management of larger groups
**Independentness**
- very big
**Requirements:**
At least 8 years of experience in development with JavaEE
At least 8 years of experience in front-end development with Angular that includes work on the latest versions (version 19 or higher)
At least 2 years of experience in developing web-based e-services
* At least 2 years of experience in system development with SBE (specification by example)
* The consultant should be able to be in the Customs office in Luleå 2 days a week. However, some weeks may require a presence in the office for several days. Other time can be done remotely.
**Meritation:**
Experience in system development against Customs Code
* Experience in system development within state authority
Experience with JBOSS
Experience in developing device tests with JUnit
Experience with Linux

**Start date:** 2026-06-01
**End date**: 2027-05-31
**Place:** Luleå
Working time/Scope:** 100%
**Distance work:** Consultant should be able to be in place in the Customs offices in Luleå at least 2 days a week. However, some weeks may require a presence in the office for several days. The consultant must be able to manage the flexibility in consultation with the client. No compensation is paid for travel.
** Ability to extend:** Ability to 2 extensions in 12 months.

**Agreement terms:**
The terms of the assignment will be based on Ework’s framework agreement with the customer. The offer shall be valid until 2026-04-09.
