Job description:

**To our customer We are looking for 4 System Developers, Level 3:**
The IT department currently consists of 1,100 employees who are responsible for all IT used by the agency’s approximately 40,000 employees. Our office is located in Norrköping where we offer both flexible offices and flexible working hours. As a consultant in the Police’s IT department, you are involved in an important community mission and have the opportunity to make a real difference! We ensure that police IT support is being pushed forward. The main task of the Police Authority is to maximise safety at the external borders of the Schengen area while facilitating travel for the competent. The systems we develop help to prevent, detect and investigate terrorist offences. We are now in an exciting and expansive phase where we integrate more hardware, create new interfaces and new systems. We currently consist of system developers, demand analysts, assignment leaders, testers and technical product specialists and now we need to strengthen our committed agile gang with multiple system developers to build on our ambition of technology at the forefront to treat travellers safely and safely. It is important that we understand the needs of the business in order to develop the best solutions and we therefore work closely with the business and make regular visits to the operational business.
We will place great emphasis on personal suitability for the assignment!
** Qualifying requirements (Scale requirements): **
At least five (5) years of documented development experience in Java. Experience has been gained over the last eight (8) years.
At least five (5) years of documented experience as a system developer.
* The consultant should be able to express himself in speech and writing in Swedish.
**Meritational competence (Requirements): **
* The consultant should have experience working in classified activities.
The consultant should have experience in public sector work.
Experience in working with biometric peripherals such as fingerprint readers and camera. (Biometric equipment)
* Documented experience of at least one (1) assignment with Spring Framework and/or Spring Boot. The assignment shall have an extent of at least two (2) years.
* Documented experience from at least one (1) assignment intended for the development of Java EE. Experience has been acquired over the last five (5) years. The assignment has had a minimum of 12 (12) months.
**Start date**: As soon as possible security testing is approved and completed. Preliminary start date is set to 2026-05-01
End date:** 2028-06-30
**Scope*: 40h a week.
**Place:**Norrköping. The consultant is expected to be in the office at least 3 days a week.

**Information of security testing:**
Police authorities place high demands on consultant safety
and privacy awareness. Safety review with register control and subscription of security agreements under the Security Act (2018:585) may be conducted by consultant and consultant employers before The contract can be claimed. In some cases, Swedish citizenship is required.
**Evaluation of tenders: (Ework makes selection) *
Ework makes a first selection and presents tenders to the customer for final evaluation.
**Interview:**
Consultant/ Supplier may, if necessary, be called an interview to determine qualification requirements.
