Job description:
**To our customer We are looking for 2nd System Developer, Level 4:**
Our mission is to develop and manage, applications used by the entire law enforcement business. We develop applications with over 30,000 users, within information security, media files and storage, planned law enforcement, and communication. In these areas, we also develop services used by other teams that also develop applications for law enforcement.
** Job Description**
You will be part of a team of developers with high technical expertise in system development. The group is unique with a wide range of different uses and areas of activity, but also a stimulating complexity and great immersion in the same areas.
**A normal working day may include:**
* New development and management of both frontends
and backend solutions
Maintenance and further development of complex systems with high safety and performance requirements
* Regular contact with other development teams regarding the implementation and troubleshooting of services
* Contact with end-users in support and user support
* Cooperation with other authorities in the information supply
** Qualifying requirements (Scale requirements): **
At least 9 years of experience working with agile system development
Experience in Angular or equivalent frameworks
Experience in Spring Boot and Java EE
Experience in Construction Automation/CI/CD/Jenkins
Experience with MySQL or equivalent SQL databases
* Good knowledge in Swedish
* Swedish citizenship
**Meritational competence (Requirements): **
Experience in test driven development and test automation
Experience of working in an organization with high security requirements
Experience in systems with high availability requirements
Experience in working with system integrations
Experience in working with machine learning AI
**Preliminary start date**: 2026-05-04
End date:** 2026-12-23
**Option on extension**: 2027-07-02
**Scope*: 40h a week.
**Place:**Norrköping. The consultant is expected to be in the office at least 3 days a week.

**Information of security testing:**
Police authorities place high demands on consultant safety
and privacy awareness. Safety review with register control and subscription of security agreements under the Security Act (2018:585) may be conducted by consultant and consultant employers before The contract can be claimed. In some cases, Swedish citizenship is required.
**Evaluation of tenders: (Ework makes selection) *
Ework makes a first selection and presents tenders to the customer for final evaluation.
**Interview:**
Consultant/ Supplier may, if necessary, be called an interview to determine qualification requirements.
